Documentation and heritage evaluation of the properties of the Office Municipal d’habitation (OMHM) (2010)

Boyce-Viau housing project in Montréal.

This research documented and assessed the heritage value of a selection of the OMHM’s properties. Most of the case studies were built during the 1960’s and 1970’s on large portions of land in different neighbourhoods of the city. The results are meant to provide building managers with an understanding of the heritage component in their properties and to guide architects and maintenance crews when renovations are required.
